FEES AND COURSE PRICES
The following are the current fees and prices for each course of study. The prices below are for credit enrolment and include tuition and texts. Shipping is extra - see details below. You can also purchase our courses for personal enrichment only Please CLICK HERE

ENROLMENT FEES
There are two categories that you can enroll under:
Program Student: $50.00 one-time administration fee.
The one-time fee applies provided the student maintains "Active Status." In order to remain on active status, a student must complete a minimum of 9 credits of course work in each twelve month period since the date of enrollment, for the duration of the program for which he/she has enrolled. If the active status is allowed to expire then a fee of $25.00 will be required for reinstatement.
Course Student: $10.00 per course registration fee.
Ministry Experience Evaluation: $125.00 + $5.00 per credit awarded.
Transfer of College Credit Processing Fee: $50.00

AUDIT PURCHASES
Our courses may be purchased for audit. To calculate the audit price for a course, simply deduct
$100.00 from the corresponding price. Note: Audit means that you are purchasing a course for personal study only with no academic requirement, or college follow up. All sales are final, and shipping is extra
SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at cost and paid for when ordering.
GRADUATION FEES
Upon Completion of the required amount of credits for a program, you may apply to the College for Graduation. To graduate you will be required to pay the appropriate fees. The fee covers the processing and preparation of your Certificate, Diploma, or Degree, which you can receive by mail, or by attending our Graduation Ceremony, which is held each year at Cochrane Valley Community Church. Please contact the College office for exact date and time when you are graduating.
The fee for Certificates and Diplomas is $75.00 For Degrees, it is $100.00
If you opt to attend our graduation ceremony, you will need to add the cost of the rental of a Cap and Gown. These must be ordered by March 30th each year. The cost of rental varies depending on the level of graduation. Please contact the College office for more details when you know you are graduating.
Transcripts One Official Transcript is provided with any program graduation. Additional copies are $5.00 each.
Important Note: All fees must be prepaid, in order to graduate.
REFUND POLICY
Because of the way that our programs and pricing are set up, each course is purchased as it is ordered, thus eliminating the need for refunds. Once a course is ordered and shipped the sale is final and the student keeps all of the materials.
