ALL STUDENTS
Spiritual Requirements:
To qualify for entrance as a CBTC Credit Student, you must be able to substantiate the following:
Have a creditable profession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Should be in regular attendance of a local church.
Supply character references from two other adult Christians, who have known you well for more than one year.
Academic Requirements:
Students who wish to be admitted to our College, must be able to provide one or more of the following academic requirements:
A traditional High School Diploma or equivalent. Transcripts must be
forwarded to CBTC with application form.
Be a mature student. ( 25 or older).
Be a Home School graduate. Home School students can also be assessed on the strength of their portfolio, or on a written essay.
Be able to write and communicate effectively in English. (Those who are not able will be required to take an English course).
Note: Audit students do not have to meet the academic requirements above because there are no academic expectations on the student and no academic records are kept by the College.
ENROLMENT
We have made enrolment with our Bible College as simple as possible. A student may opt to take individual courses or enrol in one of our programs. Individual courses may also be audited.
To enrol, download the Application Form, or contact the College office to request an Application For Admission Form. Then simply fill out the Application, and forward it to our College Office with the appropriate references, enrolment fees and required deposits. When your application is received, we will review it and upon acceptance you will be notified in writing.

MINISTRY EXPERIENCE EVALUATION
We offer advanced standing to students who qualify. This could mean that you are closer to your degree than you think. Just ask the office for an evaluation package and we will send one to you. It costs $125.00 for a full evaluation. A fee of $10.00 per credit is charged for each credit allotted for ministry experience.
Students applying for advanced standing for ministry experience must complete the “Ministry and Life Experience Evaluation Application” and pay the appropriate fees (See fee schedule for details). Application Forms are available from the college office. Ministry and life experience is calculated on the following scale:
Verified part-time ministry Up to 5 credits for each year.
Verified full-time ministry Up to 10 credits for each year.
Partial credit may given depending upon the nature of the ministry.
Advance standing and life experience credit will be allowed up to the maximum allowable for each program. CLICK HEREto view allowances.
COLLEGE CREDIT TRANSFER
We also accept credit transfer from other colleges, under the following conditions:
You can apply credit earned at other Bible Colleges up to the maximum allowable for the pragram or degree you wish to take.
You can use certain secular degrees to gain entry into our graduate programs. There are some restrictions. Please ask the office for details.
Note: A $100.00 administrative processing fee is charged for credits transferred from other Institutions.
ADVANCED STANDING
You can use a combination of life experience and transfer credit, towards a desired Diploma or Degree. See the program page for details:
